\nPosition Summary:
\nThe Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) is a senior executive role based in Dubai responsible for overseeing the marketing strategy, execution, and management of the company\u2019s brand and revenue-driving initiatives. As the CMO, you will be responsible for driving the marketing vision, leading the marketing team, and aligning marketing strategies with business goals. Your focus will be on enhancing brand visibility, customer engagement, and business growth through innovative and effective marketing campaigns across various channels.<\/p>\n
Key Responsibilities:
\nStrategic Leadership:<\/p>\n
Develop and execute the company\u2019s overall marketing strategy in alignment with business objectives.<\/p>\n
Lead the marketing team in crafting and implementing digital and traditional marketing campaigns.<\/p>\n
Analyze market trends and consumer behaviors to adjust strategies that maximize the brand\u2019s reach and impact.<\/p>\n
Serve as a key member of the executive team, contributing to strategic decisions regarding the company\u2019s growth and brand positioning.<\/p>\n
Brand Development & Management:<\/p>\n
Oversee the development and execution of branding strategies to strengthen the company\u2019s market presence.<\/p>\n
Ensure consistency across all marketing communications and brand assets.<\/p>\n
Lead the company\u2019s public relations, media outreach, and event marketing initiatives.<\/p>\n
Digital Marketing Leadership:<\/p>\n
Drive digital marketing strategies with a focus on SEO, SEM, content marketing, and social media.<\/p>\n
Leverage data analytics to optimize campaigns and enhance customer experiences.<\/p>\n
Manage performance marketing initiatives including paid media, lead generation, and retargeting.<\/p>\n
Team Management & Collaboration:<\/p>\n
Manage and mentor the marketing team, promoting professional growth and high performance.<\/p>\n
Collaborate closely with sales, product development, and other teams to ensure marketing and business alignment.<\/p>\n
Cultivate a high-performing and innovative team culture within the marketing department.<\/p>\n
Customer Insights & Market Research:<\/p>\n
Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and understand customer needs.<\/p>\n
Analyze competitive landscape to adapt marketing strategies for improved results.<\/p>\n
Monitor KPIs and ROI for all marketing activities, adjusting tactics to ensure maximum impact.<\/p>\n
Budget & Resource Management:<\/p>\n
Oversee the marketing budget, ensuring effective allocation of resources.<\/p>\n
Measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and initiatives, optimizing where necessary.<\/p>\n
Key Qualifications:
\nEducation: Bachelor\u2019s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. MBA or relevant post-graduate qualification is a plus.<\/p>\n
Experience: 10+ years of experience in marketing, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role (preferably in a multinational company or regional marketing leadership).<\/p>\n
Expertise in Digital Marketing: Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, including SEO, PPC, social media, email marketing, and content strategies.<\/p>\n
Leadership Skills: Proven experience in leading and managing large, diverse marketing teams.<\/p>\n
Data-Driven Decision Maker: Strong analytical skills and experience in performance-based marketing.<\/p>\n
Language Skills: Fluency in English is required; Arabic is a plus.<\/p>\n
Technical Skills: Proficiency with marketing automation tools, CRM software, analytics tools (Google Analytics, HubSpot, etc.), and social media platforms.<\/p>\n
Desired Skills:
\nStrong interpersonal and communication skills.<\/p>\n
High-level strategic thinking with the ability to implement detailed tactical plans.<\/p>\n
Expertise in brand positioning and campaign execution.<\/p>\n
Experience in B2B and B2C marketing.<\/p>\n
